Unique Czech Alpha handbike trainer
Workshop participants can try a six hundred-meters-long trip along the plane and a slight elevation on a handbike trainer (hand driven). The trainer simulates a ride on a real handbike that people normally run after a spinal injury. There will be two machines, so there is nothing to prevent even participating from the competition (H. Dysphagia - Biofeedback training and non-invasive swallowing measurement
The workshop introduces the innovative biofeedback therapy and swallowing assessment combined in the system RehaIngest. The system combines a measurement by Electromyography (EMG) and Bioimpedance (BI) during the swallowing process. Based on that reliable measurement a biofeedback therapy is available (F.
